Green Mountain Physical Therapy
Green Mountain Physical Therapy is a private out-patient physical therapy clinic which was established in 1983 by Timm DuMoulin. We have been treating patients in the Upper Valley ever since, and take great pride in providing our patients with the most up-to-date treatments utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
Our primary focus is on individualized patient care. We recognize that every patient is unique, so each program is tailored specifically for that individual and his or her own needs. Our highly trained Physical Therapists have expertise in treating and rehabilitating a broad range of conditions, including: Sports injuries: spine, neck, sprains/strains/fractures, joint and muscle pain; Orthopedics: total joint replacement, hip. knee, shoulder, all other post operative orthopedic problems; Workman's Compensation injuries; Geriatrics: arthritis, balance disorders, joint pain, gait problems; Women's Health: pelvic pain (vulvodynia, vaginitis, etc.), pregnancy, post-partum related pain; Urinary/Fecal Incontinence: male/female, stress, urge, and mixed incontinence, fecal incontinence; Custom-Made Orthotics: casting,fabrication,fitting; Chronic pain syndrome; Myofascial pain syndrome; TMJ/headaches; Workman's Compensation injuries; Functional Capacity Evaluations (Certified Blankenship System evaluator); Back to work programs.
