We are a comprehensive physical therapy service facility that provides therapeutic services to restore full physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities to people who suffer from injuries or painful diseases.

HHPT currently provides pre- and post-operative treatment for orthopedic related disorders, sports injuries, preventive care, rehabilitation of injured workers and neurological injuries referred by physicians, case managers and the District's network of healthcare providers. HHPT's standard protocol includes a comprehensive initial evaluation of each patient, which is then followed by a treatment plan specific to the injuries or disability sustained. The treatment plan may include a number of treatment modalities including: [1] Ultrasound; [2] Hot Packs; [3] Electrical Stimulation; [4] Therapeutic Exercise; [5] Manual Therapy; [6] Iontophoresis; [7] a Daily Pain Management Plan; and/or [8] a Home Exercise Program.

HHPT also offers a series of comprehensive rehabilitation protocols for patients suffering from Class Series Program ( Comprehensive Lower Abdominal & Spinal Straightening) disorders of the musculoskeletal system ), as well as the following alternative services:
