Hoof Beats of Hope, Inc.
Hoof Beats of Hope, Inc. Is a therapeutic horseback riding program designed for individuals with physical and mental challenges. We are a non-profit organization that runs entirely on grants, donations, a small fee for services and with the assistance of volunteer workers. We were chartered in July 2002 and have started riding classes since April 2003. We are now a “Member Center” of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA).
Our Mission Statement is as follows: To provide an outlet for therapeutic horseback riding in Henry County and the surrounding area in a safe, affordable manner that will enable individuals with physical and mental challenges to develop physical, emotional, social, and educational skills through interaction with well trained horses, a professional staff, and volunteers.
