Phillips County Medical Clinic is a hospital-based rural health care facility, operating under Phillips County Hospital Board of Trustees, Phillips County Hospital and Great Plains Health Alliance administration, dedicated to providing quality, cost-effective medical care to the members of our community. We have been providing medical care for the entire family for over 25 years. We provide a full range of services to our patients including but not limited to:

Social Services: Planning for placement in nursing homes and mental or addiction facilities, helping with finances, sets up community services for the home, deals with questions on Medicare and Medicaid, and is the Family Advocate for health care. Â Social Services works mainly with Swing Bed Patients or as ordered by the Physician.
The Social Service Director is the Patient Assistant Advocate. The Patient Assistants Program provides free or reduced medications for Patients of the Phillips County & Logan Medical Clinics and Phillips County Hospital. The Social Service Director works closely with the Physicians & patient to determine the financial eligibility. If the patient meets the program guidelines then they receive their medication free or at a reduced cost. This program is offered free to all Phillips County Health System Patients.
