Facilities and Services:
General medical-surgical care, skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, long term care, respite care, emergency department, geriatric services, health fair, inpatient, outpatient, laboratory, radiology, surgery, physical therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, CT scanning, and retirement housing.
Seasons of Life Living Center:
A 48 bed facility for long and short term care. The home is attached to the Hamilton County Hospital and Cecil E. Petterson Medical Clinic, which is a benefit for residents, offering a caring and qualified medical team to provide care when needed. Private and semi-private rooms are available. Each room includes cable television hook-ups, phones, housekeeping, laundry service, and general maintenance. Activities such as Bingo, cooking classes, outings, and picnics are among the favorite activities provided. The facility has an internal a beauty shop with weekly visits by community beauticians. Community churches provide weekly services for residents and special programs are provided by community organizations.

Sunflower Square:
A place for those 45+ to live, however children, family, and other guests are welcome to visit any time you'd like. They may stay with you in your apartment and come to meals with you. You can also reserve the Community Center dining area for private dining parties or banquets. The floor plans make efficient use of space in an attractive and comfortable layout. Each home includes a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room, bedroom(s), private bath, covered porch, and individual heating and air conditioning controls.
Don't worry about steps any longer because there are none. Our designers have provided for wheelchair access and grab bars, where needed, to ensure your comfort and safety. An interesting array of social, recreational, and cultural activities will be offered, as well as regular hobby, craft, and wellness programs.
Sunflower Square Rate Schedule
Lease:
Only a 6-month lease and a $500 refundable deposit are required to reserve your place in Sunflower Square.
Monthly Rate:
* One Bedroom: $416
* Two Bedroom: $499
