Independence Rehabilitation helps people with neck, back and other similar pain disorders.  Some of the conditions treated at the center include low back pain, pelvic pain, sciatica, sacroiliac dysfunction, whiplash, fibromyalgia, and headaches.  Clinicians are also skilled at helping patients with upper and lower extremity limitations.

Hands on approach – The clinicians at Independence Rehabilitation have extensive experience and training in therapeutic techniques that are based on manual therapy and exercise.  They are able to help reduce pain and improve musculoskeletal function while guiding the patient in an exercise program that will make them stronger and better able to function on their own.

Physical therapy services are provided on a one-to-one patient to therapist basis.  The average therapy session is 45 minutes long and may be performed in a private treatment room and/or therapy gym.  The treatment plan is individualized to meet the patient's needs and goals in conjunction with their doctor's orders.  The clinicians also have the resources available from NHRMC Rehabilitation Hospital and Oleander Rehabilitation Center in the event that additional patient needs are identified.

Convenience and Easy Access: The facility is on the first floor of the Independence Office Building, directly on the corner of Independence Boulevard and Ashton Drive.  There is convenient parking directly near the main entrance.  The usual hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with other hours by special request.
