The Intensive Physical Therapy Model offered to our patients in the SLC, Utah, area provides substantial results using a number of advanced techniques and customized equipment. At the Intensive Physical Therapy Institute (IPTI), we follow the intensive model of therapy for children all over Utah.

The Intensive Model of Therapy, also known as IMOT, is a personalized physical therapy plan for your child. Your specific therapy plan will be set up based on your child’s needs, but a common introductory plan is for the child to work with our physical therapy team for 4 hours a day for 3 weeks. During this time, the team can continually evaluate your child’s progress.

We understand that there is no “one size fits all” method that works – especially for children. At IPTI, we offer individualized physical therapy for your child so their specific needs are met in each session. With our intensive therapy model for children, we can help your child increase motor control for improved functional activity.
