Jake’s Help From Heaven, founded in 2011, is a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting individuals with multiple medical challenges and disabilities. Countless challenges occur in caring for medically fragile, special needs individuals. Our goal is to assist individuals affected by debilitating illnesses.

Jake’s Help From Heaven welcomes applicants of all ages living within 100 miles of Saratoga Springs, NY. Jake’s Help From Heaven provides assistance in two different ways – through our grant application program and through our equipment exchange program.
Our Board of Directors meet quarterly. At each Board meeting we review completed applications.

Travel Reimbursement
General Grant – Jake’s Help From Heaven welcomes applicants of all ages living within 100 miles of Saratoga Springs, NY. We also reimburse or purchase directly items which positively impact the life of the medically fragile individual. We understand the importance of proper equipment, accessories and items which can improve the quality of the applicant’s life. Items can be of medical necessity or medical convenience.
