The Kelly B Todd Cerebral Palsy and Neuro-Muscular Center has served children with motor deficits or developmental delays for more than 30 years. Located in Muskogee, Oklahoma in the Northeastern part of the state known as Green Country, the Center is the only facility specializing in pediatric physical therapy.
 

The Center was founded by David and Beverly Todd in 1975. Because their son, Kelly B Todd, had cerebral palsy, the Todd's were well aware of the need for a specialized facility where children could receive physical therapy.
 

Initially the Center was located in a small house owned by Bethany Presbyterian Church until 1977 when the current facility was built. The Center provides physical therapy to children that range in age from infancy to young adult. Children are provided services not only at the Center, but also in their homes and at school. Services are delivered to children with physical challenges with absolutely no cost to families. The Center relies on payment from 3rd party sources (insurance), grants, civic organizations, and corporations, as well as individual donations to be able to carry out our mission.
