The Kent County Health Department is the local office for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The Health Department is dedicated to providing health-related information and services to all residents of Kent County

The Infants and Toddlers Program provides evaluation, coordination and a single point of entry for children birth to three years old with developmental delays and special needs. 
This program is in conjunction with the Kent County Public Schools.  Physicians or parents can make referrals for evaluation.
