The Lions Camp Crescendo,  a  non-profit organization, dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life for youths, especially those with disabilities.  We offer camping and retreat facilities staffed by caring individuals.

Camp for Blind and Vision Impaired Youth

The Kentucky Lions Youth Camp for vision impaired children is made possible by donations to Lions Camp Crescendo by Lions, Lioness and Leo clubs throughout the state of Kentucky and those individuals who donate their time to serve as camp staff.
Boys and girls, ages 6 through 15, who are blind or have a vision impairment and who are a resident of Kentucky are eligible.  The  camp is located in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, which is off I-65 at Exit 105, North of Elizabethtown, and 25 miles south of Louisville.  For more information, see their Facilities page.  Transportation is provided to and from the camp byLions across the state, if required. 
Camp services include:
A full time nurse on duty, certified lifeguards, cafeteria staff serving 3 hot meals a day, traditional recreational camping activities and indoor restrooms and shower facilities.
