The website link listed below directs to a resource directory which provides information on Programs for Children and Youth who are Deaf-Blind.  The  State Rehabilitation Council and the Kentucky Office for the Blind, Resource Directory for the Blind and Visually impaired and Deaf Blind was developed as a resource for use by individuals who are blind or visually impaired and deaf-blind. The main goal of this manual is to provide critical information concerning available resources.  The information contained in this manual will allow Office for the Blind Staff to provide consumer information regarding local, state and nationwide resources. This Kentucky Blind and Deaf Blind Resource Directory was created by the Kentucky State Rehabilitation Council Special Project Committee in conjunction with Office for the Blind staff.
