The Human Development Institute is Kentucky's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Education, Research and Service. The institute provides a foundation for more then 40 research, training and service projects, addressing topics and issues such as Early Childhood, Education and Alternative Assessment, Employment and Community Living.
