Our mission at TLC is to ensure all clients learn and achieve to their maximum potential in a supportive and innovative environment that develops creative, responsible and productive individuals prepared to meet the challenges of the future. All disabilities are not the same and not all individuals with disabilities learn alike! TLC is not your typical Day Treatment Facility or Sheltered Day Program. We are unique!

The Learning Center (TLC) provides Independent Living Skills training to those in the Quad City Area 18 and over with special needs in a home-like setting. We focus on the potential of our clients, meeting their needs and addressing their learning style to ensure successful, productive futures. Our program operates 5 days a week, 8 hours a day with a loving, caring staff dedicated to the success of our clients.
