"As an affiliate of Learning Disabilites of America (LDA), we serve as advocates for children and adults with learning disabilites.

LDA is dedicated to identifying causes and eradicating learning disabilites. LDA also strives to enhance the quality of life for all individuals with learning disabilites and their families by encouraging effective identification and intervention, fostering research, and protecting their rights under the law.

LDA seeks to accomplish these goals through awareness, advocacy, empowerment, education, service, and collaborative efforts by and to learning-disabled individuals, their families, the educational system, and other interested people."
