Learning Independence Through Computers, Inc is a non-profit computer resource center that provides opportunities for people with disabilities, their families, professionals, and members of the business community to explore adaptive technology, computer systems, software, and the Internet.  LINC serves people with all types of disabilities without regard to economic circumstances or age.  V-LINC creates technological solutions to improve the independence and quality of life for individuals of all ages with disabilities in Maryland. We do this through a mix of off-the-shelf computer software and equipment, and one-of-a-kind, customized assistive technology.  Telecommunications Relay Services for Individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearting or with Speech Impairments
