Family to Family Health Information Center provides services and support for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs and their Families – Ages 0-26.  Part of our mission at the Family to Family Health Information Center is to bring you information and training to help you advocate for better health services and outcomes for you and your child. Part of achieving that is teaching parents and transitioning youth skills that will help them become active participants in partnerships with individuals in the medical field, and those who work to draft new programs for children and youth with special health care needs in Louisiana.

In order to serve you right in your own backyard, Bayou Land Families Helping Families has partnered with Families Helping Families Resource Centers across the state to bring you Louisiana's Family to Family Health Information Center
Bayou Land Families Helping Families is an initiative of the Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council.
