The Division for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing & Late Deafened (DDHHLD) provides a variety of services for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing and Late-Deafened citizens of Maine, including:

• Information, referral and advocacy
• Vehicle Placards for Deaf Identification
• Providing 70% TTY Discount In-State Calls
• Publishing handbook "Resources: A Guide to Services for People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing"
• Providing Legal Interpreting Information and moreThe Division for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing & Late Deafened

Also manages contracts that provide a variety of services to Maine's Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing communities:
