The Mat-Su Community Transit (MASCOT) is the primary public transportation provider for Mat-Su Valley – The MASCOT operates a deviated fixed-route bus system, a demand responsive service, and a Para transit service for elderly, handicapped and low income persons. The MASCOT is a major recipient of Federal Transit Administration funds and is the state-designated coordinating agency in the Mat-Su Valley.
