Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities
We are the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities. You may also know us as the Achievement Center or Windfall School, however we are best known for the excellent services we provide nearly 1100 adults and children in Medina County with mental retardation or developmental disabilities. The mission of the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities is to provide quality programs, services and supports that assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live, learn, work and socialize in their communities.
