Methodist Children’s Hospital of South Texas
Methodist Children’s Hospital, a campus of Methodist Hospital, is the first hospital built from the ground up, exclusively designed to care for children in San Antonio, South Texas and beyond. We offer outstanding services in many specialty areas including pediatric heart surgery, pulmonology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, newborn and pediatric intensive care, oncology and emergency services.
Outreach Program
It is the mission of Methodist Children’s Hospital Regional Outreach Program to improve the care of severely ill and injured children throughout South Texas. We will strive to achieve this goal by providing quality education to health care providers caring for children, while emphasizing preventative aspects and patient safety. We will strive to serve as a community liaison for pediatric educational initiatives while collaborating with all health care providers, to initiate such programs in their communities.
