"CARTaccess is CART's origin-to-destination service for individuals who, because of disability, are unable to ride the fixed route buses. This service is operated on a one-day advance scheduling notice for approved passengers. Certification forms for this service will be mailed to anyone who requests it.

CARTaccess drivers are not certified to take care of special needs some passengers may have. If a rider needs specialized help, he or she should enlist the help of a personal care attendant. Attendants ride free when accompanying an approved rider. CARTaccess vans operate the same hours as fixed route service."
