Established in 1941, Miles Memorial Hospital is a subsidiary of Lincoln County Healthcare.   The cornerstone of Miles Health Care is Miles Memorial Hospital on the banks of the Damariscotta River in Damariscotta, Maine.  Along with its 24-hour-a-day, fully-staffed Emergency Department, Miles is a full service, 38-bed facility offering a complete range of medical services, including general, day, and orthopaedic surgeries; obstetric care; cardiac rehabilitation; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; X-ray, ultrasound, CT scanning, MRI, and nuclear medicine; laboratory services; intensive care; and wellness, fitness, and health education programs.
