Located in St. Paul, GTS is the only organization in Minnesota with a mission dedicated to meet educational needs of public sector and non-profits – and their collaborators in other sectors. Formerly known as Government Training Services, GTS is a non profit organization established in 1976 to provide conferences, workshops, consulting and project management exclusively for educational purposes and exclusively for public sector and on-profits in Minnesota. Our clients include elected officials, staff and advisory commission members across the broad spectrum of 3600+ local jurisdictions, regional and state entities.
