The "Early Childhood Services: A Directory of Resources Available for Children and Families in Minnesota" provides information on resources that may help families, providers and others working with children and families. If your child has problems or difficulties with development or if you are concerned about your child's development, there is one number to call in every community.
For children under the age of three, you can call one number to help you decide if your child would

If you have concerns about your child's development, talk to your health care provider, call 1-866-693-GROW (4769) or use the online referral form to refer your child to Help Me Grow for more assistance.
You can also search the on-line Directory of Resources for Children and Families in MN for the local Help Me Grow early intervention contacts in your school district and/or county.
