Mississippi Public Transit Association, Inc

The Mississippi Public Transit Association, Inc. (MPTA) is a non-profit member organization that explores mobility issues facing Mississippi’s public transit systems and their customers.

Participating agencies have fleets of varying sizes and represent public, non-profit, tribal and for-profit sectors. 

They collaborate to transport people through out the state, from those going to remote places on gravel roads to workers traveling to jobs site along busy highways and to many points in between.
