Monarch, which operates The Arc of Stanly County, is a nonprofit organization supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance abuse issues.

Everyone is welcome as part of the Monarch family – we are here to help people of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds. We do not make decisions for the people we support. Monarch professionals, like our behavioral health services counselors, will work with them to discover their interests and help them find their place in the community where they live.
