The early years of a child's life are the most important for learning and development. Parents and children learn best when learning together. The resources provided here are intended to promote and support healthy learning opportunities for families. The Early Childhood Program administers programs for children in preschool, kindergarten, and the early grades. Programs include Early Reading First and The Center for Early Literacy Learning.
