It is our mission at NAPA Center to provide traditional and nontraditional therapies from around the world to both children and adults, regardless of income or financial status.   We treat each patient as an individual, the way we want to be treated or the way we want our child or loved one to be treated.  NAPA parents search and travel the world, we share our knowledge with one another and other therapists to make an impact on a community and not just the individuals who are fortunate enough to come to NAPA Center. 

NAPA Center’s Intensive Physical therapy program is an intensive approach to physical therapy consisting of 60 to 90 hours of vigorous therapy in just 3 weeks using the NeuroSuit and Universal Exercise Units. This is highly effective method of treatment uses cutting edge methods to challenge the child and achieve new physical abilities. The NeuroSuit utilizes technology originally from the Russian space program to fight the effects of weightlessness. The NeuroSuit helps hold the patient’s body in correct alignment and adds additional weight bearing through the use of bungee type bands that are attached on the suit.
The NeuroSuit frames the body providing support and resistance simultaneously. It improves and changes proprioception (pressure from the joints, ligaments, muscles), reduce a patient’s undesired reflexes, facilitates proper movement and provides additional weight bearing distributed strategically throughout the body.

NAPA Center is now offering VitalStim® (hereon referred to as VitalStim) services by a certified VitalStim practitioner.  VitalStim Therapy is an effective treatment for patients suffering with difficulty swallowing or dysphagia. 

NAPA Center offers hourly and intensive therapy for a broad range of neuromuscular disorders. At NAPA Center, we believe in customizing each therapy plan to suit the needs of the individual. Integration of various therapeutic modalities and participation in NAPA Intensive Therapy Programs are at the core of our success.
