We specialize in individualized assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders for infants and children who are currently facing or may have the potential for oral feeding difficulties. The staff at NJPFA is dedicated to helping children overcome their feeding issues and establish proper feeding and nutritional habits so that additional health problems can be avoided.

At NJPFA, we are committed to providing you with the most supportive, comprehensive approach and will work closely with your pediatrician, pediatric specialty physician, and/or other rehabilitation specialists to provide coordinated care for you and your child. Our program focuses on building a foundation for oral feeding and developing oral feeding skills in a positive, child-friendly environment. We are experienced in assisting children and their families' in transitioning from NG or G-tube to oral feedings as well as helping children master developmentally appropriate feeding skills while decreasing aversions.

Your evaluation at New Jersey Pediatric Feeding Associates will include assessment of your child's oral-motor skills, mealtime behaviors, reaction to food type and textures, sensory difficulties, self-feeding skills, and positioning.
