Vocational Fulfillment and Mailing Services
Residential Services – NCP operates several Residential options throughout Niagara County:
- Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF)
- Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA)
- Supportive Individual Residential Alternatives
- Residential Habilitation
- In- Home Respite
Niagara Cerebral Palsy operates Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) located in:
- City of Niagara Falls
- Town of Niagara
- City of Lockport
- Town of Wheatfield
The ICFs provide quality 24-hour care designed to meet the needs of the residents. Residents participate in an active treatment program including off-site program activities and day treatment programs. Services include Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies; Recreation and Nursing.
Individual Residential Alternatives – Currently, NCP operates several IRAs in the county:
- City of Niagara Falls
- City of Lockport
- Town of Niagara
- Town of Wheatfield
- Village of Lewiston
IRAs are designed to provide services to individuals, with the emphasis on community inclusion.
Additional Residential Services
Residential Habilitation – provides individualized support and training in independent life skills for individuals in their own homes or in a certified site.
In-Home Respite Services – provides support for care providers caring for individuals with developmental disabilities in the home.

Clinical Services – Niagara Cerebral Palsy Clinic services are operated as an Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center approved by the New York State Department of Health.
NCP clinics serve people of all ages with and without disabilities. We specialize in meeting the needs of adults and children with developmental disabilities. All clinics are wheelchair accessible and are staffed with a team of compassionate professionals.
