Elizabeth Erst – Program Supervisor

The Family Center consists of 5 core teams which operate 20 primary prevention programs serving children in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Child Care Support Services – manages the Child Care Subsidy Program, Child Care Food Program, Professional Development Resources, Child Care Referral Program, Specialized Caregivers Support & Family Support, and Provider Group Leader Support (Starting Points). Case Management Services – offers Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Case Management, Family Support Services, as well as Childcare and Preschool Observations. Family Resources – operates the Family Infant Toddler Program and the Parent Resources & Support Program Administrative/Data Technology – offers a Supervised Visitation Program, a Community Information Specialist, Data Technology Specialist, and Community Collaborative Initiatives. Come visit our comfortable Family Resource Room where families can read and play together. Toys, books, and videos are available here for loan as well. Thanks to the United Way and IBM, a Young Explorers computer with wonderful software for ages 2-7 is available for families’ use here as well.
