Provides outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapy Evaluations which consists of a comprehensive assessment of a child's gross motor skills. Evaluations are completed for any pediatric client aged 0-21 years using assessment tools, caregiver questionnaires and clinical observations. Goals of the PT evaluation include identifying areas of concern, delay or dysfunction in a child's gross motor skills and physical abilities
The combined physical and occupational therapy evaluation focuses on the function of neurological and musculoskeletal systems within a developmental framework. Goals include identifying areas of concern, delay or dysfunction in a child's gross motor skills, fine motor skills, physical abilities, visual motor skills and/or sensory processing skills.
