The mission of PAR is to offer quality training, professional development and networking opportunities to enhance services to
individuals with developmental disabilities. To carry out this mission, we rely on the support and volunteer efforts of many dedicated
individuals, working together to continually improve the manner in which mentally challenged individuals are provided with personal care and assistance. Our human resources include professionals from various fields of DD, who sharwledge and expertise with one another to achieve their common goal.
