Oklahoma Deaf-Blind Technical Assistance Project (OKDBTAP) is a statewide service grant. OKDBTAP is awarded to The University of Oklahoma from the United States Department of Education Office Special Education Programs. The Project provides technical assistance, workshops, and support services to educational professionals and families of children with deaf-blindness. Anyone may contact OKDBTAP for additional information or to refer a child with deaf-blindness.
