In so doing, every effort will be made to educate the patient and family by promoting positive health attitudes and encouraging family participation in patient care. Rehab Resources recognizes its responsibility to the community it serves and will reach out to work with other community agencies in order to coordinate activities that affect the environmental, physical, mental and social health of all patients. Rehab Resources will maintain high performance standards based on the foundation of fair administrative and operational policies and procedures backed by sound management practices. It is recognized that the agency cannot be all things to all people. When it is determined that services would be more effectively provided elsewhere, a referral to an appropriate agency will be made.
