The Parent Information Center of Delaware, Inc, (PIC) is a statewide nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and is Delaware’s only federally mandated Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) designated by the US Department of Education to provide information, training, technical assistance and support to families of children and youth with all disabilities from birth to age 26.
