The mission of the Recreation Department is to enhance the quality of life with leisure opportunities for residents and businesses by providing recreation programs, facilities, parks and related services.
Adaptive Recreation
The Troy Parks and Recreation Department, through its Adaptive Recreation Program, offers recreation programs for persons with disabilities.
Activities include: Basketball, Friendship Club, Soccer League, Special Olympics, Softball, Friday Folic, Special Events, Bowling and Wheelchair Sports.
