Pathfinder Parent Center
Our mission is to unite families and educators by giving them the resources to build positive futures for and with children, students and young adults with learning differences or challenges. We help parents and educators to connect, plan for and become engaged in each child/person’s education. Our mission includes individuals who receive both general education and special education services from birth through age 26. We believe in individualized education for all students and we promote efforts to welcome and include diverse learners and families at home, in school and in the communities.
