People First of New Hampshire, the statewide self-advocacy non-profit organization started operation in 1992 and will be celebrating its twenty year anniversary in 2012. There are 14 self-advocacy chapters throughout our state. Each chapter elects two representatives to serve on the board of directors of People First of New Hampshire which meets monthly. There is one full-time employee and the office is in Concord. People First of New Hampshire is a group of people working together to help each other take charge of our lives.
