Perkins School for the Blind is located on a 38-acre campus on the Charles River in Watertown, Massachusetts, with partner programs in 65 countries. Perkins School for the Blind provides education and services for children and adults around the world who are blind, deafblind or visually impaired. Perkins School for the Blind is an innovative leader in serving people with visual impairments. We offer many services for people of all ages who are visually impaired as well as for vision professionals, classroom teachers, care providers for individuals 55 and older, medical professionals and family members. We provide professional evaluation of programs using both national and state guidelines to enable school systems to review and reassess and, if needed, revise service and support systems for their students and their families.
