The Company provides home health care, including mental health, pediatric, rehabilitation, and hospice services in 12 states. The company also provides supplementary staffing to hospitals and nursing homes.
Range and scope of services vary by location. Each office is licensed by the State in which it operates and most of the offices are certified as home health agencies offering Medicare services. We provide skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social work and home health aides and companions. In addition to these traditional home health services, Personal-Touch has developed specialty programs, including mental health, pediatrics, maternal/child, hospice, rehabilitation, early intervention and early childhood education, dialysis, infusion and others. Everyone is devoted to providing the best possible care in the comfort of the patients home. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We work with the patient, the family and the physician to map out an individualized, comprehensive home care plan, which meets the social, emotional and physical needs of the patient. Pediatric Care
The Pediatric division of Personal Touch Home Care acknowledges the uniqueness of pediatric home care. We offer compassionate community based pediatric care that is family focused.
We understand that children with complex, long term as well as short term medical needs have a right to be surrounded by the family love and support that is inherent in the healing process.
Personal-Touch Home Care is committed to work in tandem with family members as partners to care for these children with special health care needs. Pediatric Services: Comprehensive care plans are prepared for each child. Family needs and goals are incorporated into each child’s plan and every effort is made to encourage a successful partnership between families and caregivers. Each branch works with discharge planners, Case Managers, Special Education Directors at local school districts and most major Insurance companies. We accept Medicaid, Private pay and Insurance. We provide Nurse or aide level services, dependent on needs of patient.
