Operating out of the Prince George's County Show Place Arena/Equestrian Center, The Progressive Equestrian Therapeutic Services, Inc. (PETS) program began in 1981.  The program itself has refined its mission from that of a generalized approach to therapeutic riding into a program of skill based therapeutic sport instruction.
