Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers – Livonia MICHIGAN
Since 1983, Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. has provided quality care and therapeutic rehabilitation services for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries. Our treatment centers and residences are located in southeastern Michigan. Although we are located in the Midwest, our comprehensive programming draws individuals from various locations throughout the United States.
We apply the transitional philosophy to brain and spinal cord injury recovery, which covers virtually every aspect of the rehabilitation process. Whether an individual requires intensive therapy, ongoing medical attention or behavioral retraining, the ability to access Rainbow's vast network of programs and professionals during recovery ensures getting the right care at the right time.
Respite Care – Families who provide at-home care for a child with a brain injury may occasionally need supplemental, short-term help. Rainbow welcomes these children into our Residential Program and provides a warm, safe, home-style environment seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The average length of stay is variable and will be arranged to fit your personal needs. Often, children who participate in our Respite Care Program look forward to our fun activities and thoroughly enjoy the company of peers. When prescribed and appropriate, they can also benefit from therapeutic support to help them develop skills and function.
Respite Care children receive the same level of professional care and treatment as full-time Rainbow residents.
