Responsive Caregivers of Hawaii is committed to creating positive choices in lives for children who are medically fragile, adults with developmental disabilities and others with special needs. We have been serving people with functional limitations in the community for 30 years. Under our Home & Community Based Services, we offer a wide range of care programs for individuals with developmental disabilities aged 22 and over. The services include the Adult Day Health Program, Personal Assistance, Respite Care, and Habilitation services. In 2003, Responsive Caregivers of Hawaii developed a new care program called Medically Fragile Community Care Program (MFCCP). This care program, primarily including case management and care coordination services, is designed for children who are medically fragile and their families.
