"Richardson County Transit System began operation in 1994. The system is a county-wide transit service serving the general public with priority for the elderly and handicapped.   The system operates on a regular schedule providing both local and out of area, door to door service.   The Richardson County Transit System is operated under contract with Richardson County.
 
 
All rides are by APPOINTMENT ONLY!  Appointments must be scheduled in advance and during the time frame set forth.   SENCA asks that all riders please be on time for scheduled appointments.   Transit Services operate withing the city limits of Falls City, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
