Rowell Family Empowerment offers support, education and advocacy for families of children with disabilities. As parents, our staff understand that you are your child's first teacher and an expert on information about your child! We want to provide you with the information and support you need to learn advocacy skills. The more information and skills you have, the better prepared you are to take an active and empowered role in your child/student's life.
