RCT is a transportation brokerage that uses all modes of transportation including buses, wheelchair accessible vans, and volunteer drivers.  RCT services a wide range of  passengers through several programs including: The Northeast Vermont Area Agency on Aging, Adult Day Health Services, Northeast Kingdom Human Services, Central Vermont Council on Aging, and The Northeast Kingdom Community Action. As a Medicaid/Reach Up broker for the State of Vermont, RCT coordinates medical trips for Medicaid eligible residents and transportation for Reach Up programs. Shuttle bus routes provide rides to the general public. The Jay-Lyn travels between St. Johnsbury, Vermont and Lyndonville Vermont; The Highlander travels between Newport, Vermont and Derby Line, Vermont; The U S 2 Commuter provides rides between St. Johnsbury, Vermont and Montpelier, Vermont.
