Skyway Elementary School
Skyway Elementary School, located in Coeur d'Alene is part of the Coeur d'Alene School District #271. Skyway's Office Staff consists of our office manager Shelley Hanzen, school secretary Dana Franssen, and nurse Erin Dever. These ladies handle telephone, guests, sick children, registration, enrollment, ordering, state and district reporting, newsletters, invoices, time sheets, repairing copy machines, and distribution of all those flyers and papers your children bring home.
In March, 2011, the Idaho State Department of Education Child Nutritian Services awarded Skyway Elementrary a Team Nutrition School Garden Grant. This grant application has been the project of a very hard working committee led by Mrs. Neary and the McPhilomy family. Through the help of volunteers, the committee has been now putting the vision into reality! The raised beds have been built and installed in the garden area and students will begin sprouting plants indoors to grow in the garden over the summer.
Skyway Elementary School offers Family Access, which allows parents to view student grades, progress reports, attendance, and discipline reports. Parents are asked to check their email for their user ID and password. Those who do not receive the notification should first check their junk mail file before calling the school. Please make sure that you allow messages from noreply@cdaschools.org. The email will originate from noreply@cdaschools.org
