Southeast Alaska Independent Living (Sailing, Inc./ORCA)

SAIL is a private nonprofit organization that provides consumer-directed independent living services to people with disabilities throughout Southeast Alaska. ORCA (Outdoor Recreation and Community Access) is the recreation program of SAIL. Promotes inclusive recreation and adaptive outdoor pursuits for Southeast Alaskan's who experience disabilities – SAIL also has a lending library of adaptive resources and assistive technology. Recreational programs include adaptive ski and snowboard school – youth Adventure Club – kayaking – biking – hiking, rafting, canoeing and multi-day adventure trips.
